I am a regular customer of Mastertech Auto for my company truck and also for my personal vehicles, I can't say enough about how great they have been. I rely on my truck for work and start my day at 4 a.m. I rack up a lot of miles and every time I need it serviced, they always come through above and beyond what is expected. I had some work done just recently that required it as always, to be ready for Monday morning. They were swamped with work! I didn't expect anything special as I know schedules get moved with the demand of the work load. However, Stan was in the garage on Sunday morning just so it would be ready for me. This is unheard of in today's world! I just wanted to drop a line and tell everyone that they are the best you could ever ask for in a repair shop. Thru all the years of having vehicles serviced I have never been treated as well as the people at MasterTech have treated me. From the first day I called to talk to them about an issue with one of my cars, they have treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. We are now regular customers because of their excellent service, welcoming staff, convenient scheduling, and more-than-reasonable prices. I was always a loyal customer of a large dealership. After they were sold to Apple, they lost their personal touch and we felt like we became just a number.

Wonderful, honest mechanic. Kathy and Stan at MasterTech have been more than mechanics to us. They have cared for us personally. One afternoon I slid in an unexpected snow storm that left my control arm bent. With my 3 small children, I went into MasterTech, where we get our inspections, and asked if they could take a look at the van. They kept us warm and got me set up so I could get home safely. The van was fixed within a couple of days and at a reasonable price. On another day, I came out of daycare and my kids noticed a flat tire. It was cold and raining. Again, they took us in and repaired my tire on short notice so that I could travel safely with the kids.
I highly recommend MasterTech and continue to send my friends their way. It's the personal touch and reasonable prices that keeps me going back.
